Public Notice It is hereby notified to the public that in the district of Gandhinagar, sub-district and taluka of Kalol, within the boundaries of Vadsar village, Revenue Survey Number 1128 (Old Revenue Survey Number 1017), which measures a total of 1-59-61 hectares, out of which 1.03-84 hectares are old-condition agricultural land, is solely and jointly owned and possessed without encumbrances by Rameshbhai Dharamshibhai Desai and Govindbhai Chhagaji Thakor. They have decided to sell their land and have requested a title clearance certificate from us. The land at issue is not burdened with any loans, charges, liens from banks, individuals, firms, or private organizations, nor has it been given, transferred, or assigned to any distressed individual, person or institution. There are no ongoing claims, proceedings, or litigation of any kind against the land in any court.
