Public Notice This is to inform the general public that, the owners and occupants of the agricultural land measuring 2378 square meters in the new block number 488 (old block number 442) of Mojevdsar village, in the sub-district and taluka of Kalol, in the registration district of Gandhinagar, namely Parth Arvindbhai Patel and Kishan Arvindbhai Patel, have sold the said land to our clients, namely, Minal Kamlesh Bhai Patel, Nitaben Kanubhai Patel, Hansaben Vikram Bhai Patel, daughter of Hirali Kanubhai Patel and wife of Pranay Bhai Shah, Dharmisthaben Deepak Bhai Patel and Tripti Alkesh Bhai Patel, by document number 8790 dated 07/06/2024. Based on this, the said land is the absolute and joint property of our clients, with no encumbrances on their ownership, possession and enjoyment. We have been requested to provide a certificate that the title of the said land is clear and marketable. Therefore, if anyone has any claim, right, interest, share, demand or encumbrances on the said land, they are requested to inform us in writing along with necessary documents within seven days of this notice at the address below. Failure to do so will be considered that there is no claim, right, interest, share, demand or encumbrances of any kind on the said land by any person, and if there is, it is waived.
