Notice is hereby given that an application for a Title Clear Certificate has been received for the land situated in the village of Moje-Vadvasa, Taluka Dehgam, District Gandhinagar. The land is described as Plot No. 541 (Ju.S. 811) with an area of 1-74-95 hectares. The land is owned by Joitabhai Jethabhai and is currently in their possession. Anyone with any claim, right, interest, encumbrance, possession, lease pendency, mortgage, or any other interest in this land is required to submit their claim, along with supporting documents, in writing within 7 days from the date of this notice to the address below.
