Notice is hereby given that the property located in Vadodara District, Vadhodia Taluka, Village Vadhodia, Survey Number 648/1, consisting of 1-20-02 hectares of agricultural land, owned by Lakshmibehn Manubhai, wife of Ashok Bhai Ramjibhai Kantawala, and the sole heir of Indubhai Govindbhai Patel, namely Prayag Jigishbhai Patel, is being sold to our client. This property is owned and possessed jointly by the aforementioned individuals and is free from any encumbrances. In order to obtain a title clearance certificate for this property, our client has approached us. Accordingly, this public notice is issued. Any person, entity, bank, or others who have any claim, share, hereditary right, interest, possession, enjoyment, or right to the property, either directly or indirectly, are hereby requested to submit their objections in writing, along with supporting documents, within 15 days of this notice to the address given below.
