This is to inform that a piece of land situated in Waghodia village, Waghodia Taluka, Vadodara district, survey number 648/1, is owned by Lakshmibehn Manubhai and Ashokbhai Ramjibhai Kantawala's wife, Indubhai Govindbhai Patel's only heir Prayag Jigishbhai Patel. The land is 1-20-02 hectares in size and is non-agricultural. The land is free from any encumbrances and is owned and occupied by the above-mentioned individuals. They wish to sell the property and have applied for a title clearance certificate. Therefore, we are issuing this public notice. Any person, institution, bank, etc., who has any right, claim, interest, inheritance right, or any direct or indirect right to the property mentioned above, should send their proof along with their name and address to the address below within 15 days from the publication of this notice.
