Public Notice It is hereby notified to the public that the land used for agriculture measuring 4907 sq. m. in the limits of survey number 1467 (old survey number 570/2) belonging to Ganeshbhai Harjibhai Patel, located in village Vaghardba of taluka Kadi, district Mehsana, is under the full and independent ownership and direct possession of Ganeshbhai Harjibhai Patel without any kind of encumbrance, obstacle, or interference. It has been decided to sell our shares and we have been requested to provide a Title Clearance Certificate for the aforementioned land for the purpose of purchasing the same. The land is without any kind of claim, rights, interests, share, demand, burden, or obligations as mentioned in the above paragraph, except for the mentioned owner and bonds of New Devpunga Cooperative Society. Any rights not addressed in this notification are considered waived on behalf of the titleholder.
