Muni Gharsriti Roht Branch Appendix - 4 (See Rule 6(5) of the Code of Procedure for Possession of Immovable Property) The undersigned authorised officer of Bank of India, hereby certifies that in pursuance of and in accordance with the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, and the powers conferred thereunder under Section 13(16) of the said Act, the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, vide order no. dated 11.10.2024, a demand notice was issued to Shri Urmilaben Bipinbhai Solanki (borrower of the secured asset) to pay the amount of Rs. 70,00,327.2 (Rupees Seventy Lakhs Three Hundred Twenty Seven and Paise Two Only) along with interest thereon within 15 days from the date of receipt of this demand notice. As the borrower has failed to repay the said amount, the borrower is hereby informed that under Section 13(4) of the said Act, in exercise of the powers vested in the undersigned authorised officer under the said Act, the undersigned authorised officer shall take possession of the property mentioned below on 25th February, 2025. The general public and the borrower are hereby informed that any claim/objection regarding the said property shall be made to the Bank of India, at the cost of Rs. 10,00,220.0 (Rupees Ten Lakhs Two Hundred Twenty Only) and interest thereon.
