Public Notice In Vasad, under the boundaries of Vasad village in the sub-district of Gandhinagar district according to the re-survey, consolidated survey number 121/1/2 of old survey numbers 121/1/2 and 121/2, of land measuring 19223 sq. m in City Survey Ward: Vasad (non-agricultural) is included. In TP Scheme No. 31, allocated final plot no. 96 with an area of 15378 sq. m consists of sub-plots (a) Sub-plot A has 5201.15 sq. m, (b) Sub-plot B has 4838.7 sq. m, and (c) Sub-plot C has 5099.81 sq. m of land including construction. The property, owned and in possession of Umang Vijaykumar Trivedi, is free of encumbrances or legal disputes. A request for title clearance opinion has been made, stating that no one has any rights, claims, or interest in said property.
