This notice is to inform the public that Babuji Viramji Thakor, Bhikhaji Popatji Thakor, and Khodhaji Baldevji have applied for a title clear certificate for a piece of agricultural land in Mojevlad, J.G. Gandhinagar district, re-survey number 787 (old block survey number 409/6), measuring 0-23-27 hectares. The land is claimed to be owned jointly by them and their other co-sharers, free from all types of encumbrances. Therefore, if any person has any objection, dispute, encumbrance, right, share, or interest in the said land, they are requested to submit a written notice with proof to the registering officer within 7 days of this notice. If no such notice is received, it will be assumed that no one has any interest, right, or share in the land, and the title clear certificate will be issued accordingly. Please note this.
