And revenue survey/block number 2887 (old revenue survey/block number 2306 out of 2), agricultural use with old terms and conditions, with total area of 00-23-93 hectare, the shape of which is square 2.45 paisa, which is recorded in the revenue record under account number: 4586. The land is under the independent ownership and possession of our client, Patel Mukeshbhai Ishvarlal. The owner of this land has claimed that the said land is their own independent ownership and possession, free from any encumbrance. The owner of this property has asked for a title clearance certificate regarding the property from us. If any person, institution, trust, partnership firm, company, private firm, public corporation, bank, government/semi-government office etc. has any objection, share, right, interest or share in the above property or has any objection, dispute, encumbrance or liability, then he should inform us with documentary proof at the following address within 7 days of this notice by registered post (A.D.).
