Public Notice This public notice is to inform the general public that Bharat Kumar Bacharbhai Sham holds the ownership, possession and enjoyment of the property located on plot number 16/B, sub plot number 502/A/1/3, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This property is located on the first floor of Block A of Shriramnagar society. The property is identified as unit/flat number A/123 and is 35 sq. yds or 29.26 sq. m. in size. The property does not have any encumbrances. We have been requested to provide a title clearance certificate for this property. If any person or entity has any claim, right, interest, encumbrance, charge, demand, objection, or dispute with this property, they are requested to submit a written statement with documentary evidence by registered post A.D. within 7 (seven) days to the address below. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેર જનતાને આ જાહેર નોટીસ આપી જણાવવાનું કે, જત ડિસ્ટ્રીક્ટ સબ ડિસ્ટ્રીક્ટ અમદાવાદ- ૧૦(વેજલપુર) વિભાગના વેજલપુર તાલુકાના મોજે ગામ વેજલપુરની સીમમાં આવેલ સર્વે નંબર ૫૦૨/એ/ ૧/૩ સબ પ્લોટ નંબર-૧૬/બી ની જમીન ઉપર આવેલ સક્લ (શ્રીરામનગર) કો.ઓ .હા.સો.લી. સેકટર-૧૬/બી કે જે શ્રીરામનગરના નામથી ઓળખાય છે તેમાં બ્લોક નંબર એ ના પહેલા માળ ઉપર આવેલ યુનિટ/ લેટ નંબર-એ/૧૨૩ વાળી ૩૫ ચો.વાર યાને કે ૨૯.૨૬ ચો.મી.
