Public Notice This is to inform that a piece of land measuring 1701 sq.m. located in Saij village, Kalol taluka, Gandhinagar district, surveyed as 1298/1, Khata No. 61, 0-61-71 (previously agricultural land) is part of TP Scheme No. 8 (Dhanaj-Palsana-Saij) and has been allotted Final Plot No. 218. This land is owned, possessed and enjoyed jointly by (1) Thakor Puriben Bechrajji, (2) Thakor Manguben Bechrajji, (3) Thakor Savitaben Bechrajji, (4) Thakor Madhiben Bechrajji and (5) Thakor Raiben Bechrajji. They have applied for a Title Clearance Certificate regarding this land. This notice is to inform any person having any claim, right, interest, lien, encumbrance, mortgage, trust, maintenance, easement, right of way or any other claim in this land, to inform us in writing with proof within 8 days from the date of publication of this notice by registered post. Failure to do so will be considered as there being no claim, right, interest, lien, encumbrance, mortgage, trust, maintenance, easement, right of way or any other claim in the said land, and a Title Clearance Certificate shall be issued to our client, confirming that the rights, title and interest in the said land are clear and marketable.
