Public Notice This is to inform that the property consisting of plot area of 225-75 sq. m. of sub-plot/bungalow no. 07 in the scheme known as “Samarth Bungalows” located on the non-agricultural land of survey/block no. 1509/2 of Saij village, Kalol Taluka, Gandhinagar District along with the common plot and road area of 113-71 sq. m. totaling 339-46 sq. m. (super land area) and the 164-50 sq. m. bungalow constructed thereon, is owned and possessed by Rajeshkumar Ishwarlal Patel. The property is free from any inheritance rights, interests, shares or encumbrances of any other person. Rutuvik Rajeshkumar Patel, the son of Rajeshkumar Patel, has approached us for a title clearance opinion in respect of the said property for the purpose of sale. If any person has any right, share, claim, encumbrance, right of preemption, lis pendens, lien or attachment or any interest whatsoever in the said property, then they are required to give written notice along with documentary evidence to us at the below mentioned address within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice. If they fail to do so, it will be presumed that they have no right, share, encumbrance or interest whatsoever in the said property and that they have waived all such rights voluntarily. Thereafter, the title certificate in respect of the said property will be issued without any objection or dispute being taken into consideration and the sale transaction will be completed.
