Public Notice This is to inform the general public that, Shri Virendrabhai Mehta, has applied for a Title Clearance Certificate from us for the non-agricultural land of 1000 sq. yards, sub-plot number-30, situated in the plots of "Deeprthvi Co. O.H.S. Ltd. Division-2" which is known as "Karm Bhoomi-R", within the re-survey block number-227 (out of old block number-129), re-survey block number-233 (out of old block number-129) and re-survey block number-247 (out of old block number-129), within the limits of the village Moje Vansjada (Dhe.), District and Taluka Kalol, Registration District Gandhinagar, claiming it as his own and in his possession and free from any encumbrances. Therefore, if anyone has any right, interest, share, claim or encumbrance of any kind over the said land, then they should inform us in writing with supporting documents within 7 (seven) days from the publication of this notice at the address mentioned below. If they fail to do so, it will be considered that no person has any right, interest, share, claim or encumbrance of any kind over the said land and if they have, they have waived it.
