Public Notice It is hereby informed to the public that the owners of the agricultural land of survey number 740, Khata No. 870, situated in Saij village, Kalol Taluka, Gandhinagar District, measuring 4755 Sq. Meter, which is eligible for premium for non-agricultural purposes, namely Thakor Somiben Nathuji's widow, Thakor Harkhaben Nathuji, Thakor Gitaben Nathuji, Thakor Nareshji Sendhaji, Thakor Manjiben Bhikhaji Thakor, Ashaben Bhikhaji Thakor, Sitaben Bhikhaji Thakor, Vikramji Bhikhaji Thakor, and Sanjayji Bhikhaji Thakor, have sold the said land to our clients, Ashishkumar Viram Bhai Desai and Kanaaji Kalaji Thakor, on 23/05/2024, by a duly registered deed of sale, which was registered in the office of the Sub-Registrar, Kalol, under serial number 0925. The entry of the said sale deed was made in the record of the said land on 23/05/2024, under entry number 13200, in the joint name of our clients. Therefore, the said 4755 sq. meter agricultural land of survey number 740, Khata No. 870, which is eligible for premium for non-agricultural purposes, is in the joint ownership, possession, and enjoyment of our clients and is free from all types of encumbrances. We have applied for a title clearance certificate for the said land. Therefore, if anyone has any kind of claim, right, interest, relationship, right of occupancy, right of enjoyment, encumbrance, dispute, or any kind of court proceedings ongoing in the said land, or if there is any loan from the government, bank, or any other person or institution, or any kind of Bana Chitthi, Bana Khat, sale agreement, possession agreement, rent agreement, transfer of occupancy right agreement, occupancy agreement, deed of sale, power of attorney, letters, etc. on the said land, then you are hereby requested to inform us at the following address within 07 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, along with documentary evidence, with the original copy attached. Otherwise, after the expiry of the time limit, it will be assumed that there is no claim, right, interest, relationship, etc. on the said land, and if there is any, it has been waived.
