Bangali, hereby issue this public notice at the behest and instruction of our client, to inform that, in survey/block No. 868/1, account No. 546, of Village Vansava, Taluka Viramgam, District Ahmedabad, 0-71-34 hectares of land out of 1-62-89 hectares (3 bighas) of old condition agricultural land, is in the sole ownership, possession and enjoyment of Ravubha Bhikhubha, residing in Vansava, Taluka Viramgam, District Ahmedabad. Except for the said landowner, no one else has any share, right, interest or any right of occupancy, tenant right or any right of mortgage, in the said land. There is no burden or charge of any individual, financial institution or bank on the said land, nor are there any claims or disputes pending. The rights and titles of the said land are clear and marketable and the landowner has requested a certificate of the same from us. The said land has been decided to be sold by our client. Therefore, If any person has any share, right, interest in the said land or any objection against issuing a title clearance certificate, then they must inform us in writing along with verified proof (objections without proof will not be considered) from today, the 7th day of the current month (AD). After doing so, it will be deemed that no one else has any right or interest in the said land, and if they do, they have waived it. Considering this, we will issue a title clearance certificate.
