Public Notice District Surat, Sub-district Taluka Surat City, Variavi Bazaar, Dhastiapura-Bharimata Road area in Surat, Ward No. 7, Plot Nos. 1382, 1387, 1388, 1389, 1390, 1381, 1394, 1395, 1396, 1397, and 1399, with a total area of 1060562 sq.m. On these lands, buildings known as "Gulshan Park" are built. Out of these buildings, Building No. B-2 (F-type building as per SMC approved plan) is located on the sixth floor. Flat No. 603 in this building, with a built-up area of 89.00 sq.m. along with the undivided share of land falling under the building and all the rights related to it, including internal amenities, is subject to this document. The related document is registered in the office of Sub-Registrar Surat-10 (Nanpura) on 16/01/2020 under document no. 359 in the name of Gulshan Organiser, a partnership firm, through its authorized and managing partner Shoeb Shamsuddin Dhavate.
