Public Notice Regarding Missing Documents and Title Clearance This notice is to inform the public about the property located at Plot No. 8-9/A, situated on non-agricultural land measuring 4338.71 sq. m. within the Chandradip Industrial Estate. This plot is part of the industrial land measuring 18818.00 sq. m. that was developed from Survey No. 182/2, located in the village of Vartej, Bhavnagar district. The property in question comprises a shed numbered 4, measuring 37.6508 sq. m. along with its front margin land measuring 38.6872 sq. m., totaling 76.338 sq. m. The industrial building on this land measures 37.6508 sq. m. The current owner and holder of this property is Shri Hitesh Bhai Magan Bhai Parmar. We declare that this property is held under independent ownership, with clear title, possession, and enjoyment. No other individual or entity has any claim or interest in this property. However, we are facing an issue with the documents pertaining to this property. The registered sale deed No. 210 dated 09/02/2017, registered in the name of Chudasama Rajendrasinh Bhikhubhai, is missing due to an unintentional error. Despite extensive searches, the document has not been found. Therefore, we hereby issue this notice to inform anyone who may have any claim, interest, share, lien, charge, burden, right, claim, or obligation relating to the said property, or any kind of responsibility or guarantee related to this property. This includes any objection, dispute, claim, legal proceedings, or litigation regarding the sale of this property. All such individuals or entities are required to present themselves with the necessary supporting documents at the address mentioned below within seven days of the publication of this notice. If no objections or disputes are received within the stipulated time, it will be assumed that there are no claims, rights, objections, or disputes and that the property has a clear title.
