Public Notice Original documents have been lost. Therefore, we, Advocate Joy D. Vakil, by the instructions and order of our client, Lataben Dhansukhbhai Bhansali, residing at F/10, Sugam Flat, Vasna Bus Stand, Vasna, Ahmedabad, hereby inform the public that in the survey number 3 of the village Vasna, taluka Sabarmati, district Ahmedabad - 4 (Paldi), which has been included in TP Scheme number 26, the final plot number 267, 268 & 269 land is owned by "Shubhvidhya Co. Op. H.S. Ltd.". This society has built a scheme known as "Sugam Flat". Among the various flats in this scheme, flat number 10 on the second floor of block F (flat number F/10) belongs to Lataben Dhansukhbhai Bhansali. The original share certificate of this property, along with the receipts of money paid and the original documents, have been misplaced somewhere and despite much searching, have not been found. Therefore, the public is hereby informed that If any person, firm, organization, financial institution, nationalized or cooperative or private bank has in their possession any of the above mentioned original documents including the share certificate of the above mentioned property, and based on these documents, any person, firm, organization, financial institution, nationalized or cooperative or private bank has any claim, share, right, interest, claim, encumbrance on the above mentioned flat number F/10, then they should inform in writing within 7 days of the publication of this notice at the address given below, along with documentary evidence. Otherwise, it will be understood that there is no claim, share, right, interest, claim, encumbrance of any kind on the said property. Accordingly, further action will be taken. Please take note. જાહેર નોટિસ ઓરીજીનલ ડોક્યુમેન્ટસો ખોવાઇ ગયેલ છે આથી, અમો એડવોકેટ જોય ડી. વકીલ તે અમારા અસીલ લતાબેન ધનસુખભાઇ ભણસાલી, ઠેકાણું F/10, સુગમ ફ્લેટ, વાસણા બસ સ્ટેન્ડ પાસે, વાસણા, અમદાવાદની સૂચના અને ફરમાઇશથી જાહેર જનતાને આથી જણાવીએ છીએ કે, જત ડિસ્ટીક્ટ સબ ડિસ્ટ્રીક્ટ અમદાવાદ - 4 (પાલડી) ના સાબરમતી તાલુકાના મોજે ગામ વાસણાની સીમના સર્વે નંબર 3 કે જેનો ટી.પી.સ્કીમ નંબર 26 માં સમાવેશ થવાથી મળેલફાઇનલપ્લોટ નંબર 267, 268 & 269 ની જમીન ઉપર “શુભવિઘ્યા કો.ઓ.હા. સો. લી.' આવેલ છે અતે તે સોસાયટી ઘ્વારા બાંધવામાં આવેલ સ્કીમ “સુગમ ફૂલેટ' તા નામે ઓળખાય છે. તે સ્કીમમાં આવેલ વિવિધ ફલેટો પૈકી બ્લોક નંબર F માં બીજા માળ ઉપર આવેલ ફ્લેટ નંબર -10 (ફલેટ નંબર -F/10 વાળા) મિલ્કતનું લતાબેન ધનસુખભાઇ ભણસાલીના નામનું ઓરીજીનલ શેર સર્ટીફીકેટ તેમજ પૈસા ભર્યાની પહોંચો તેમજ અત્ય અસલ ડોક્યુમેન્ટસોની ફાઇલ ક્યાંક ગેરવલ્લે મૂકાઇ ગયેલ છે અને તેની ઘણી શોધખોળ કરવા છતાંય મળી આવતી નથી. આથી, જાહેર જનતાને જાણ કરવામાં આવે છે કે ઉપરોક્ત મિલ્કત અંગેના શેર સર્ટીફીકેટ સહીતના તમામે તમામ ઓરીજીનલ ડોક્યુમેન્ટસો જો કોઇ વ્યક્તિ, પેઢી, સંસ્થા, ફાઇનાન્શીયલ ઇન્સ્ટીટયુશન, નેશનલાઇઝ કે કો. ઓપરેટીવ કે પ્રાઇવેટબેન્ક કોઇપણની પાસે ડીપોઝીટ પડેલા હોય અને જેના આધારે સદરહું લેટ નંબર F/10 વાળી મિલ્કત ઉપર કોઇપણ વ્યક્તિ, પેઢી, સંસ્થા, ફાઇનાન્શીયલ ઈઇનજ્સ્ટીટયુશન, નેશનલાઇઝ કે કો. ઓપરેટીવ કે પ્રાઇવેટ બેન્ક કોઇનો કોઇપણ પ્રકારનો લાગ, ભાગ, હક્ક, હિસ્સો, દાવો, અલાખો, બોજો હોયતો તેઓએ સદરહું નોટીસ પ્રસિઘ્ધ થયેથી દિન -7માં તેના દસ્તાવેજી પુરાવાઓ સાથે લેખિતમાં નીચે જણાવેલ સરનામે જાણ કરવી અન્યથા સદરહું મિલ્કત ઉપર કોઇનો કોઇપણ પ્રકારનો લાગ, ભાગ, હક્ક, હિસ્સો, દાવો, અલાખો છે નહી. તેમ સમજીને આગળની કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે. જેની સર્વેએ નોધ લેવી. તા. 04/04/2025 અમારા અસીલ લતાબેન ધનસુખભાઇ ભણસાલીની સૂચના અને ફરમાઇશથી ય દિલીપકુમાર વકીલ B.Sc., LL.B.
