Public Notice This is to inform the public by Hetul Patel Advocate, on behalf of our client, Bhanuben alias Bhanumatiben, daughter of Parshottamdas Dayabhai and wife of Chunibhai Patel, that in the matter of land situated in the city of Ahmedabad, Taluk City (now Sabarmati), Mouje Vasna, original survey number 334 and original survey number 335, in exchange for which final plots number 201 and 202 in Town Planning Scheme number 26, consisting of non-agricultural use land, our client has filed a suit in the court of Civil Judge, Ahmedabad, bearing Diary Number 591/2024 against Pankajbhai Chimanlal and others, heirs of Chimanlal Parshottamdas (Chanchal Group) and others, claiming that our client has an undivided share in these lands and seeking permanent injunction. The situation is such that despite the ongoing suit, Messrs. ARx Ora Infra LLP, on the basis of knowledge of the situation, have unlawfully carried out development work at the site by obtaining a registered sale deed on 3-10-2024. We have also filed a complaint with RERA regarding the said development work. Therefore, no person should enter into any kind of transaction with Messrs ARx Ora Infra LLP, otherwise, they will not acquire any rights in the said property and will waste money. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી અમો હેતુલ પટેલ એડવોકેટ તે અમારા અસીલ ભાનુબેન ઉર્ફે ભાતુમતીબેન તે પરષોત્તમદાસ ડાહ્યાભાઇના દિકરી અને ચુનીભાઇ પટેલના પત્તિની સૂચનાથી આ જાહેર નોટીસ આપી જણાવીએ છીએ કે, શહેર અમદાવાદના સીટી (હાલ સાબરમતી) તાલુકાના મોજે વાસણાના મૂળ સર્વે નં.૩૩૪ તથા મૂળ સર્વે નં.૩૩૫-તે રીતેની બંને જમીનોના બદલે ટાઉન પ્લાનીંગ સ્કીમ નં.૨૬માં ફાળવેલ ફાઇનલ પ્લોટ નં.૨૦૧ તથા ૨૦૨ વાળી બીનખેતી વિષયક ઉપયોગની જમીનો સહીતની જમીનો બાબતે અમારા અસીલે અમદાવાદ શહેરના સિવિલ જજ સાહેબની કોર્ટમાં દિ.મુ. નં.૫૯૧/૨૦૨૪નો પંકજભાઇ ચીમનલાલ સહીતના ચીમનલાલ પરષોત્તમદાસના વારસો (ચંચળ ગ્રુપ) તથાઅન્યોસામે દાવો કરી તે જમીનોમાં અમારા અસીલનો વગર વહેંચાયેલો હિસ્સો હોવાનું જણાવી અત્ય દાદ ઉપરાંત કાયમી મનાઇ હુકમની દાદ માંગેલ છે. તે પ્રમાણેની પરિસ્થિતિની જાણકારી સાથે ચાલુ દાવે તે દાવાના પ્રતિવાદીઓ પાસેથી મેસર્સ આરકસ ઓરાઈઇન્ફા. એલએલપી નામની પેઢીએ તા.૩-૧૦-૨૦૨૪ના દિવસે રજી. વેચાણ દસ્તાવેજ કરાવી સ્થળ પર ગેરકાયદેસર રીતે વિકાસકાર્ય ચાલુ કરેલ છે. આથી મજકૂર વિકાસકાર્ય બાબતે અમોએ રેરા સમક્ષ ફરીયાદ પણ કરેલ છે. આથી, કોઇપણ વ્યક્તિએ મેસર્સ આરકસ ઓરા ઇત્ફા, એલએલપી નામની પેઢી સાથે કોઇપણ પ્રકારના વ્યવહાર કરવા નહિ, અન્યથા મજકૂર મિલકતમાં કોઇ હક્ક પ્રામ થશે નહિ અતે નાણાં બરબાદ થશે જેની લાગતા વળગતાએ નોંધ લેવી. તા.૦૩-૦૪-૨૦૨૫ Hetul Patel (Advocate) Office-501, Block-A, Satyamev Complex, Opp. Gujarat High Court, Sola, Ahmedabad.
