Public Notice for Raksh

This is a public notice given on behalf of our client, Sasi Bhanuben alias Bhanumatiben, daughter of Parsotamdas Dahyabhai and wife of Chunibhai Patel. It is hereby notified that in place of the lands with original survey numbers 334 and 335 located at Vasna in the City (currently Sabarmati) taluka of Ahmedabad, the lands, including non-agricultural lands with final plot numbers 201 and 202, allocated in Town Planning Scheme No. Raksh, have been the subject of a suit filed by our client in the court of the Civil Judge, Ahmedabad City. The suit, bearing case number 591/2024, is against Pankaj Bhai Chimanlal, including Chimanlal Parsotamdas' heirs (Chanchal Group) and others. Our client has claimed that they have an undivided share in the aforementioned lands. In addition to other relief sought, a permanent injunction and monetary relief have been sought in the suit. In this context, it has come to our attention that Messrs Infra LLP has executed a registered sale deed on 3-10-2024 with the defendants in the said suit, and is illegally carrying out development activities on the site. We have also filed a complaint with RERA regarding the said development work. Therefore, we hereby caution that no one should deal with Messrs Infra LLP in any way, as they will not acquire any rights in the property and will lose their money. This is for the information of all concerned.

તે અમારા સસીલ ભાનુબેન ઉર્ફે ભાનુમતીબેન તે પરષૉત્તમદાસ ડાહ્યાભાઈના દિકરી અને ચુનીભાઇ પટેલના પત્નિની સૂચનાથી આ જાહેર નોટીસ આપી જણાવીએ છીએ કે, શહેર અમદાવાદના સીટી (હાલ સાબરમતી) તાલુકાના મોજે વાસણાના મૂળ સર્વે ન.૩૩૪ તથા મૂળ સર્વે નં. ૩૩૫-તે રીતેની બંને જમીનોના બદલે ટાઉન પ્લાનીંગસ્કીમ નં.રકષમાં ફાળવેલ ફાઇનલ પ્લોટ નૈ.૨૦૧ તથા ૨૦૨'વાળી બીનખેતી વિષયક ઉપયોગની જમીનો સહીતની જમીનો બાબતે અમારા અસીલે અમદાવાદ શહેરના સિવિલ જજ સાહેબની કોર્ટમાં દિ.મુ.નં.૫૯૧/ ૨૦૨૪નો પંકજભાઇ ચીમનલાલ સહીતના ચીમનલાલ પરપોત્તમદાસના વારસો (ચંચળ ગ્રુપ) તથા અન્યો સામે દાવો કરી તે જમીનોમાં અમારા અસીલનો વગર વહેંચાયેલો હિસ્સો હોવાનું જણાવી અન્ય દાદ ઉપરાંત કાયમી મનાઇ મની દાદ માંગેલ છે. તે પ્રમાણેની પરિસ્થિતિની જાલકારી સાથે ચાલુ દાવે તેદાવાનાપ્રતિવાદીઓ પાસેથી મેસર્સ ઇન્ફા. એલએલપી નામની પેઢીએ તા.૩-૧૦-૨૦૨૪ના દિવસે રજી. વેચાણ દસ્તાવેજ કરાવી સ્થળ પર ગેરકાયદેસર રીતે વિકાસકાર્ય ચાલુ કરેલ છે. આથી મજકૂર વિકાસકાર્ય બાબતે અમોએ રેરા સમક્ષ ફરીયાદ પણ કરેલ છે. આથી, કોઈપણ બક્ત્િએ મેસર્સઆરકસ ઓરા ઇન્ફા. એલએલપી નામની પેઢી સાથે કોઇપણ પ્રકારના વ્યવહાર કરવા નહિ, અન્યથા મજૂર મિલકતમાં કોઇ હક્ક પ્રાપ્ત યશે નહિ અને નાણાં બરબાદ થશે જેની લાગતા વળગતાએ નૉંધ લેવી. તા.૦૩-૦૪-૨૦૨૫ Hetul Patel (Advocate) Office-501, Block-A, Satyamev Complex, Opp. Gujarat High Court, Sola, Ahmedabad.
