Public Notice District Ahmedabad, Sub-District Ahmedabad-4 (Paldhi), Taluk Sabarmati, Village Vasna, Survey Number 474/241/2, Plot Area: 0-31-36, TP Scheme Number 26 (Vasna), Final Plot Number 355/4, Plot Area: 1882, Umangbhai Harjibhai Thakkar has requested a Title Clearance Certificate for the above mentioned property. It is hereby declared that the property is in the complete and sole ownership, possession and enjoyment of Umangbhai Harjibhai Thakkar and is free from all encumbrances. Any person having any claim or encumbrance on the property, shall file their written claim with certified copies of supporting documents, within 7 days of this notice, at the below address by Registered AD Post. Any failure to do so shall be deemed as no claim or right existing on the property, and if any such claim exists it will be considered as waived in favor of the owner.
