Public Notice Registration Sub-District Ahmedabad-4 (Paldi) within the boundaries of Sabarmati taluka, in the land of Final Plot No. 11 of Town Planning Scheme No. 26 at Vasna, Old Survey Nos. 116A and 132, the property which has an area of approximately 334-4 sq. meters, located on a non-agricultural plot of Sharadanagar Cooperative Housing Society Limited, Sub Plot/Tenement No. 28 (City Survey No. 912) has been declared by Nilamben Harkantbhai Mehta, a society member and shareholder, as her own freehold, in full independent possession, free of any burdens. Accordingly, she has requested a Title Clearance Certificate from us. Therefore, if anyone has any claim, right, interest, relation, allegation, encumbrance, burden, application, lien, or guarantees against this property, they must inform the Registrar A.D. within seven (7) days with certified and written proof; otherwise, after the period elapses, a Title Clearance Certificate will be issued assuming that there are no such claims on the property, and any disputes regarding this will no longer be valid.
