Public Notice for TP Scheme No. 26

PUBLIC NOTICE This is to inform the general public that, regarding the non-agricultural land with an area of 3835 square meters, located in Final Plot No. 49/2 of T.P. Scheme No. 26, within the limits of Moje Vasna village, Sabarmati Taluka, Ahmedabad District, Registration Sub-District Ahmedabad-4 (Paldi): (1) Patel Arvind Manilal, residing at: 141, Patel Vas, Near Shivmani Bunglow, Vasna, Ahmedabad, and (2) Patel Jagdish Manilal, residing at: 14211 QUARTZ LANE, PINEVILLE, NC 28134, have jointly informed us that they are the joint owners and in direct possession of the said land, and it is free from all encumbrances. They have requested a Title Clearance Certificate for the aforementioned land from us. Therefore, any person, individual, firm, bank, financial institution, or any other entity who has any right, claim, or interest over the said land by way of sale, inheritance, gift, license, possession, mortgage, lien, charge, maintenance, easement, exchange, as a developer or financier, or under an agreement to sell, power of attorney, possession agreement, settlement agreement, decree, or any other document, or under court proceedings, or as a family member or heir, or in any other manner, must submit their written intimation along with a certified copy of the proof to the address below within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, by Registered A.D. If this is not done, it will be understood that no one has any kind of share, right, or interest in the aforementioned land, and if they do, they have waived (WAIVE) it. After the expiry of the said period, the Title Clearance Certificate for the said land will be issued, and thereafter, no complaint of any kind will be entertained. Please take note of this. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવાનું કે, ડિસ્ટ્રીક્ટ અમદાવાદ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન સબ- ડિસ્ટ્રીક્ટ અમદાવાદ-૪ (પાલડી)નાં તાલુકા સાબરમતીનાં ગામે મોજે વાસણાની સીમનાં ટી.પી.સ્કીમ નંબર- ૨૬ નાં ફાઈનલ પ્લોટ નંબર-૪૯/૨ નાં ક્ષેત્રફળ- ૩૮૩૫ સમચોરસમીટર બીનખેતીની જમીન, (૧) પટેલ અરવિંદ મણીલાલ, રહેવાસીઃ ૧૪૧, પટેલ વાસ, શીવમણી બંગલોની પાસે, વાસણા, અમદાવાદનાં તથા (૨) પટેલ જગદીશ મણીલાલ, રહેવાસીઃ 14211 QUARTZ LANE, PINEVILLE, NC 28134, નાંએ તેઓની સંયુક્ત માલિકી અને પ્રત્યક્ષ કબજા ભોગવટાની તથા તમામ પ્રકારના બોજાઓથી મુક્ત આવેલ હોવાનું જણાવી અમારી પાસે ઉપરોકત જમીનનાં ટાઈટલ કલીયરન્સ સર્ટિફીકેટની માંગણી કરેલ છે. સબબ સર્વે શખ્સો, વ્યક્તિ, પેઢી, બેંક, નાણાંકીય સંસ્થા કે અન્ય કોઈપણ કે જેઓ વેચાણ, વારસો, ભેટ, લાયસન્સ, કબજો, ગીરો, લીયન, ચાર્જ, ભરણપોષાણ, ઈઝમેન્ટ, અદલાબદલો, ડેવલપર કે ફાઈનાન્સર તરીકે કે બાનાખતના કરાર, પાવર ઓફ એટર્ની, કબજા કરાર, સમજૂતી કરાર, હુકમનામું કે અન્ય કોઈ લખાણ હેઠળ કે કોર્ટ કાર્યવાહી હેઠળ કે કુટુંબના સભ્ય કે વારસદાર તરીકે કે બીજી કોઈપણ રીતે ઉપરોકત જમીન પર હક્ક, દાવો કે અલાખો ધરાવતા હોય તેમણે તેની લેખિત જાણ પુરાવાની સર્ટીફાઈડ નકલ સાથે આ નોટિસ પ્રસિધ્ધ થયેથી દિન- ૭ (સાત)ની અંદર નીચેના સરનામે રજી. એ.ડી.થી કરવી. જો તેમ કરવામાં નહીં આવે તો ઉપરોક્ત જમીનમાં કોઈનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો લાગભાગ, હક્ક, હિસ્સો પોષાતો નથી અને પોષાતો હોય તો તે જતો યાને કે વેઈવ (WAIVE) કરેલ છે તેમ સમજી મુદ્દત વિત્યે ઉપરોકત જમીનનું ટાઈટલ કલીયરન્સ સર્ટિફીકેટ ઈશ્યુ કરવામાં આવશે તેમજ ત્યારબાદ કોઈની કોઈપણ પ્રકારની તકરાર ચાલશે નહીં જેની આથી નોંધ લેવી. તારીખ : ૧૩/૦૨/૨૦૨૬, ફાઈલ નંબર- ૨૨૫૭૮/૨ B R PATEL & Co.
