Public Notice This is to inform the general public that a request for a Title Clearance Certificate has been received for a total of 6880 sq. meters of land in the TP Scheme No. 113 situated in the village Moje Vastral, Taluka Vatva, Sub-district Ahmedabad-14 (Vastral), District Ahmedabad. The land consists of: * 2752 sq. meters (TP deduction) from Survey No. 1139/46 * 4128 sq. meters from Survey No. 1139/46/1 This land, specifically the Final Plot No. 138 (measuring 4128 sq. meters from Survey No. 1139/46/1), is non-agricultural and belongs jointly to: (1) Jajiben, widow of Shiv Singh Jivajiji, (2) Pratap Singh Shiv Singh They claim complete ownership, possession, and enjoyment, free from any encumbrances. Therefore, if any person has any claim, interest, right, share, or encumbrance on this land, they are required to inform us in writing along with supporting documents within 7 (seven) days from the date of this notice at the address mentioned below. Failure to do so will be considered as an acceptance that no such claim, interest, right, share, or encumbrance exists or has been waived, and we will issue the Title Clearance Certificate accordingly.
