This property, recognized as part of the 'Azad Society' plan and identified by Bungalow No. 210 and 211, is independently owned and directly possessed by Darshan Amrishbhai Parikh. It has been decided to sell our property and we have requested a title clearance certificate. Therefore, all concerned parties holding any type of right, interest, share, claim, burden, rights of the pact, or development rights on the said property are required to inform us in writing at the below address within seven days from the publication of this public notice.
