Public Notice Ahmedabad Sub-District as Vejalpur of Ahmedabad-3 (Memnagar) Taluka within the limits of Vastrapur under the TP Scheme No. 31 (University Campus) Final Plot No. 80, commercial purpose non-agricultural clearance land containing a shop on the ground floor recognized as 'SHIVALIK SHOP LP-11', with a built-up property area of 142.90 sq.m RERA carpet area located within the said land, along with the rights of 39.69 sq.m shared common area including the allocated car parking for one vehicle, wholly owned and indirectly held by M/s. The Twinkle through a registered lease agreement with MOMATOS RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED and TRIDHYA FASHION PRIVATE LIMITED. Further, there is a Declaration of clear title and if any person has any claim or right over the said property, they must notify by registered AD post within 7 days to the address mentioned, or else it will be considered that there are no rights or claims over the said property, and a Title Clearance Certificate will be issued thereafter and no complaints will be entertained post that.
