Public Notice Ahmedabad Sub District Ahmedabad-3 (Memnagar) Vejalpur Taluka, in the village of Vastrapur, Plot No. 47, TP Scheme No. 31, Final Plot No. 4445346, The property of Saraswati Nagar (M.H.Board) located in this land and the tenement No. 91/403 with an area of 203.96 sq.m. (as per City Survey record - 66.885 sq.m.) leasehold land and all the construction on it, including the property with City Survey Number - 695, which has been granted. The property is owned by Dhatlakshmi Sundershyam Vatani, resident of Ahmedabad. They have applied for a title clearance opinion claiming ownership, possession, and enjoyment under two original allotment letters dated 18-12-1978 and 01-01-1979, and an original sale deed No. 2562/1996 issued by the Gujarat Housing Board, which is lost. The property is also free of all encumbrances. If anyone has any claim, encumbrance, share, interest, or any kind of mortgage, lien, charge, license, possession, lease, maintenance, right to residence by any financial institution, bank, corporation, company, firm, institution, or person on this property, then please inform us in writing with documentary evidence within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice at the address mentioned below. Failing to do so, we will assume that there is no claim, share, interest, or encumbrance on this property or any part thereof by anyone else.
