Public Notice It is hereby informed to the public that, under the Ahmedabad Registration District, Ahmedabad Sub District-3 (Memnagar), within the boundaries of the village Vastrapur, Survey Number: 61/1, Town Planning Scheme Number: 21, Final Plot Number: 50, the property situated on the land of Bankim Co.Op.Ho.So.Ltd., known as Bimal Apartments, wherein on the first floor, Block Number-I, Flat Number-I/8, measures 49.95 sq.m. (as per Municipal Tax Bill), includes inalienable shares of the property, membership, and share certificate rights. The property is under the ownership and possession of Jyotiben Tarunkumar Kamdar as per society's record and the original share certificate number-39, issued since 17-10-1971, has been announced lost/misplaced and it is declared that no load, mortgage, or loan was taken against the said property and original share certificate. Jyotiben Tarunkumar Kamdar and from her side, the sole heir Vishal Tarun Kamdar has applied to the society regarding the duplicate share certificate. With this public notice, if anyone has any type of rights, shares, loads, or claims over the said property or original share certificate, they must notify us in writing with documented proof within seven days from the publication of this notice at the address provided below. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવામાં આવે છે કે, રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ડીસ્ટ્રીક્ટ અમદાવાદ સબ ડીસ્ટ્રીક્ટ અમદાવાદ- ૩ (મેમનગર) તાલુકો વેજલપુર, મોજે ગામ વસ્ત્રાપુરની સીમના સર્વે નંબર : ૬૧/૧, ટાઉન પ્લાનીંગ સ્કીમ નંબર : ૨૧, ફાઇનલપ્લોટનંબર: ૫૦, પ૩ની જમીન ઉપર આવેલ બંકીમ કો.ઓ.હા.સો.લી. કે જે બીમલ એપાર્ટમેન્ટના નામથી ઓળખાય છે તેમાં પહેલા માળે આવેલ બ્લોક નંબર- આઇ ના ફ્લેટ નંબર-આઇ/૮ ની ૪૯.૯૫ચો.મી. (મ્યુ. ટેક્ષબીલ મુજબ) જમીનમાં પોષાતો વણવહેંચાયેલ હીસ્સાની મિલકત તથા સોસાયટીના સભ્યપદ તથા શેર સર્ટીફીકેટ સહિતના હક્ક સહિતની પોષાતા તમામ હક્ક, હિત, હીસ્સા અને લાગભાગ સહિતની મિલકત જ્યોતિબેન તરૂણકુમાર કામદાર ના નામે સોસાયટીના રેકર્ડમાં માલીક કબજેદાર તરીકે માલીકીપણા તેમજ કબજા ભોગવટામાં આવેલ છે અને સદરહુ મિલકતનું સભાસદ અંગેનું અસલ શેર સર્ટીફીકેટ નંબર-૩૯, તા. ૧૭-૧૦-૧૯૭૧ ના રોજથી ઇસ્યુ કરેલ છે. સદર અસલ શેર સર્ટીફીકેટ ખોવાઈ ગયેલ/ગેરવલ્લે થયાનું તથા સદર મિલકત અને અસલ શેર સર્ટીફીકેટઉપર કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો બોજો, ગીરો લોન નહીં મેળવેલ હોવાનું જણાવી સોસાયટી પાસે ડુપ્લીકેટ શેર સર્ટીફીકેટ બાબતે જ્યોતિબેન તરૂણકુમાર કામદારનાવતી અને તરફથી તેમની સીધી લીટીના એકમાત્ર વારસદાર વિશાલ તરૂણ કામદાર નાઓએ સોસાયટી સમક્ષ અરજી કરેલ. આ જાહેર નોટીસથી સદરહુ મિલકત ઉપર કે અસલ શેર સર્ટીફીકેટ ઉપર જો કોઈનો કોઈપણ જાતનો હક્ક, હીસ્સો, બોજો કેલાગભાગ હોય તો તેઓએ તેવા હક્ક, હીસ્સા, બોજા કે લાગભાગની લેખિત જાણ ખરી નકલોવાળા દસ્તાવેજી પુરાવા સહિત આ તોટીસ પ્રસિઘ્ધ થયેથી દિન સાતમાં અમોને નીચે જણાવેલ સરનામે જાણ કરવી. ત્યારબાદ કોઈનો કોઈપણ વાંધો કે તકરાર ચાલશે નહીં તેની નોંધ લેશો. તા. ૨૬/૦૫/૨૦૨૪ દર્પણ એ. પટેલ (એડ્વોકેટ એન્ડ નોટરી) જી-૩૧૧, ટાઇટેનીયમ સીટી સેન્ટર, સચીન ટાવરની બાજુમાં, સેટેલાઇટ, અમદાવાદ.
