Public Notice It is hereby notified to the public that in the registration district of Ahmedabad, sub-district Ahmedabad-3 (Memnagar), taluka of Vejalpur, within the boundaries of the village Vastrapur, survey number: 61/1, under Town Planning Scheme number: 21, final plot number: 50, on the land where 'Bankim Co.Op.Ho.So.Ltd.' known by the name of Bimal Apartments is located, there is flat number E/8 on the first block, covering an area of 59.38 sq.m. (as per Municipal Tax bill), possessing undivided share in the property and membership along with the share certificate of the society. All rights, interests, shares, and encumbrances concerning the said property are registered under the name of Ajaybhai Ramniklal Surati as the owner and possessor in the society's records. The genuine share certificate number 57, issued since 17-10-1971, has been reported lost/misplaced, and it is declared that there is no outstanding debt, mortgage, or loan against the said property and share certificate. Ajaybhai Ramniklal Surati has applied before the society for a duplicate share certificate. With the publication of this public notice, if anyone has any claim, share, burden, or interest over the said property or original share certificate, they must inform us with written proof within seven days from the date of this notice being published. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેરજનતાને જણાવવામાં આવે છે કે, રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ડીસ્ટ્રીક્ટ અમદાવાદ સબ ડીસ્ટ્રીક્ટ અમદાવાદ- ૩ (મેમનગર) તાલુકો વેજલપુર, મોજે ગામ વસ્ત્રાપુરની સીમના સર્વે નંબર : ૬૧/૧, ટાઉન પ્લાનીંગ સ્કીમ નંબર : ૨૧, ફાઇનલપ્લોટનંબર: ૫૦, પ૩ની જમીન ઉપર આવેલ બંકીમ કો.ઓ.હા.સો.લી. કે જે બીમલ એપાર્ટમેન્ટના નામથી ઓળખાય છે તેમાં બ્લોક નંબર- ઇ ના પહેલા માળે આવેલ ફ્લેટ નંબર-ઇ/૮ ની ૫૯.૩૮ ચો.મી.
