Public Notice It is hereby informed to the public that in the Registration District Ahmedabad, Sub-District Ahmedabad-3 (Memnagar), taluka Vejalpur, within the limits of village Vastrapur, survey number: 91/1, Town Planning Scheme number: 21, Final Plot number: 50, the property located on the ground, known by the name 'Bankim Co.Op.Ho.So.Li' in Bimal Apartments, within the portion of flat number I/0 measuring 35 sq.m., is registered in the ownership and possession of Sukesh Kirtikumar Shah in the records of the society, along with membership of the society and share certificate. The original share certificate number 89, issued on 16-11-1901, is lost. It is confirmed by the society that no burden, loan, or encumbrance has been recorded against this property or the original share certificate. The society has received a clean and clear request regarding the original share certificate. This public notice is to inform that if anyone has any type of right, share, burden, or encumbrance on the said property or the original share certificate, they must inform us in writing with proof within seven days from this notice at the address provided below, after which no objections or claims will be entertained.
