PUBLIC NOTICE This is to inform the general public that Jagdishbhai Boghabhai, Pravinbhai Boghabhai, and others have requested a Title Clearance Certificate from us, stating that the agricultural land bearing Re-Survey No. 192 (Old No. 237) in Village Vatva, Taluka Dehgam, District Gandhinagar, measuring 0 Hectare, 45 Are, 13 Sq. Meter (out of a total area of 1 Hectare, 80 Are, 54 Sq. Meter), is under their joint ownership and possession and is free from any encumbrances. Therefore, if any person or institution has any share, right, interest, claim, burden, lawsuit, agreement to sell, easement rights, or any other rights on the said land, they must inform the undersigned at the address below, with certified proofs, via Registered A.D. within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice. If they fail to do so, it will be understood that no person or institution has any share, interest, right, or claim on the said land, and if they do, they have waived (relinquished) it.
