Public Notice Registration District Gandhinagar Sub District Gandhinagar, Kalol Taluka, Village within Moj Vayana bounds, Re-survey according to numbers 127, 135, 154, 155 (Old survey/block numbers 126, 134, 121, 120), land owned by Vishvaharsh Co. Op. Ho. So. Ltd, known as 'Karmabhumi-1'. Within it, in Sector 2, among the plots, sub-plot number 77 (as per approved plan, sub-plot 5 of 5), approximately 400 square yards of non-agricultural land owned by Mayurbharatkumar Sheth, free of all encumbrances, is independently owned and possessed. This notice is to proclaim the intent to sell the said plot to our client who desires us to issue a Title Clearance Certificate for the same. If anyone or any entity has any claims, rights, approximations, leases, mortgages, or encumbrances, they should inform us at the below address within seven (7) days, and if not, it will be assumed no such claims exist and the Title Clearance Certificate will be issued accordingly.
