Menger, hereby give this public notice to inform that the land situated in District Gandhinagar, Taluka Manasa, Moje Vedana, old Survey No. 752, part of which is in Resurvey Block No. 1028, City Survey No. N.A. 1028, (Sheet No. N.A. 99), authority type C, 18944 hectare/are/sq. meter, and non-agricultural land for industrial purposes and City Survey No. N.A. 1026, (Sheet No. N.A. 99), authority type C, 3124 hectare/are/sq. meter, non-agricultural land for industrial purposes, is owned, possessed and enjoyed by (1) Rangrajaniranjanbhai Bramhbhatt, (2) Mugeshkumar Rasiklal Patel, (3) Hasumatiben Amrutlal Patel, (4) Nikunjkumar Dashrathbhai Patel, (5) Sheetalben Nikunjkumar Patel, residing in Ahmedabad. We have purchased the said land on 19/03/2025 through sale deed no. 1692 and 1695. Based on the above mentioned registration, we have become the owner and possessor of the said land. There is no right, share or interest of anyone else in the said land except the owner, and there is no burden or charge on the said land by any bank or financial institution. As the owner of the said land has requested us for a certificate of clear and marketable title of the said land, if anyone has any right, share, interest in the said land or any objection to providing the title clearance certificate, they should notify us in writing with proof within 7 days from today through registered A.D. In case of failure to do so, we will consider that no one has any right or interest in the said land and if there is any, it is waived, and we will issue a title clearance certificate.
