Public Notice This is to inform the public that Nisaben Rakesh Kumar Soni, resident of Ahmedabad, has registered a District Ahmedabad, Sub-District Ahmedabad-10 (Vejalpur), Taluka Vejalpur, Village Vejalpur, Town Planning Scheme Number-3 (Vejalpur) Final Plot Number-165 (Old Survey Number-109/1623 2934 sq. meter) for 2714 sq. meter non-agricultural land, a Kally Cooperative Housing Society Limited has been established for residential purposes under the name "Abhilasha Complex." Out of the various flats in it, Flat Number A-304, along with the property constructed on it, the undivided share in the land of the society, the undivided share in the amenities of the society, the rights of the society's share certificate, the rights of membership, and the undivided share in the common amenities of the society, were allotted to Kirit Ramanlal Dave as the first member of the society. Subsequently, Kirit Ramanlal Dave died without issue, and his wife, Riya Kiritbhai Dave, was the direct heir of his estate as per the sale deed registered on 23-02-2021 in the office of the Sub-Registrar Ahmedabad-4 (Paldi) under serial number-9872, sold to (1) Rameshchandra Giradharlal Shah and (2) Amit Rameshchandra Shah. In this way, the current owner of the said property has requested a title clearance certificate for the said property from us. If there is any right, interest, share of any heir of the first allottee member Late Kirit Ramanlal Dave other than Riya Kiritbhai Shah, the direct heir of the estate, or if the current owner of the said property has any burden, charge, lien of any other person, bank or society other than the top-up loan of ICICI Bank, or any objection, dispute, claim, or any other right, interest, share, burden, or any other type of deed, document, or any other transfer agreement on the said property, or any right arising from any interest, then they should submit a written notice to the address below within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice (objections other than evidence will not be considered) and if they do not, it will be assumed that there is no right, interest, share of any heir of Late Kirit Ramanlal Dave except Riya Kiritbhai Shah, the direct heir of the estate, or that there is no burden, charge, lien of any other person, bank or society other than the top-up loan of ICICI Bank on the said property, or that there is no objection, dispute, claim, or any other right, interest, share, burden, or any other type of deed, document, or any other transfer agreement on the said property, or any right arising from any interest, and that they have waived (waived) it, and we will issue a certificate regarding the opinion of the title clearance of the current owner of the said property including the burden of the top-up loan of ICICI Bank and there will be no dispute of any kind thereafter.
