Public Notice This is to inform you that the property situated in Plot No. 13 & 14 of T.P. Scheme No. 27, Survey No. 1287/1 & 1287/2, located in the Vejalpur village, Vejalpur taluka, Ahmedabad district, belonging to Shivali (Vejalpur) Co. Op. Housing Society Ltd, known as 'Sharanam 10', situated on the 5th floor, Flat No. C/P4 measuring 96 sq.m. (Built-up Area) with 43.52 sq.m. land area, owned by Vipul Dineshchandra Dave, residing in Ahmedabad is being sold to our client Anil Kumar Mansukh Lal Prajapati and Minakshiben Anil Kumar Prajapati. Our clients have requested to obtain a certificate regarding the clear title of the said property. Therefore, if any person, bank or financial institution has any lien, interest, share or relationship, or any encumbrance on the said property, they are requested to inform us in writing along with supporting documents within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice.
