Public Notice This is to inform the public that, Registration District Ahmedabad, Subdistrict Ahmedabad-10 (Vejalpur) and Taluka: Vejalpur, in the village of Vejalpur, survey numbers 1320, 1321, 1297, 1299/1 and 1294, TP Scheme No. 27, F.P: 58/1, 58/2, 57/1, 57/2, 31, 33 and 23/2, on non-agricultural land, in the scheme named "Venus Atlantis", the "Alpha Mini Bazaar" located on the ground floor, store no. 9/127, is approximately 13.66 square meters super built up area shop, owned, occupied and enjoyed by Vishal Vinodbhai Shah. The original owner of this shop has decided to sell it to our client. Except for the I.C.I.C.I. Bank, there is no claim, inheritance, mortgage, sale, transfer, assignment, power of attorney, lease, sub-license, share, lien, charge, trust, maintenance, easement, right of way, gift, lis pendens, exchange, possession and allocation, by the owner of the land, title/interest, in this regard and/or any other encumbrances (claims). All persons having any claim and/or demand on it are hereby notified that within 7 days of the publication of this notice, they shall inform us, Hetal Gohel, Advocate, at the address mentioned below, along with the original documentary evidence. Failure to do so shall be deemed that there is no right, interest, share, encumbrance or anything whatsoever in the said shop, and if any, it is deemed to have been waived and accordingly the sale of the said land shall be completed, and thereafter no dispute shall be entertained. Bank સિવાય અત્ચ કોઈનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારે વારસાઈ, મોર્ગેજ, વેચાણ, ટ્રાન્સફર, સોંપણી, પાવર, ભાડાપટ્ઠો, પેટા- લાયસન્સ, શેર, લીયન, ચાર્જ, ટ્રસ્ટ, જાળવણી, ઇઝમેન્ટ, રસ્તાનો અધિકાર, ભેટ, લિસ પેન્ડન્સ, વિનિમય, કબજો અને ફાળવણી દ્વારા જમીન માલિકના અધિકાર ટાઇટલ/ હિતના સંદર્ભમાં અને/અથવા કોઈપણ અન્ય બોજો (ક્લેઇમ્સ) હોય. તે ઉપર સામે કોઈ દાવા અને/અથવા માંગ ધરાવતા તમામ ઈસમો તેની જાણ આ નોટિસ પ્રસિદ્ધ થયેથી દિન-૭ માં અસલ દસ્તાવેજી પુરાવા સહિત લેખિત જાણ અમો Hetal Gohel, Advocate ને નીચે જણાવેલ સરનામે કરવાની રહેશે. જો તેમ કરવામાં નહીં આવે તો સદરહુ દુકાન ઉપર કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો હક્ક, હિત, હિસ્સો, બોજો કે લાગભાગ નથી અને હોય તો તે તમામ જતા (વેવ) કરેલ છે તેમ સમજી સદરહુ જમીનની વેચાણ અંગેની કાર્યવાહી સંપૂર્ણ કરવામાં આવશે અને ત્યારબાદ કોઇની કોઇપણ પ્રકારની તકરાર ચાલશે નહીં તે નક્કી સમજવું.
