Public Notice This is to inform the general public that the property consisting of shop No. 9 in the "Venus Atlantis" project located on the land of Survey No. 1320 etc. and TP Scheme No. 27, Final Plot No. 58/1, 58/2 etc. situated in the limits of Vejalpur village, Ahmedabad Taluka, Ahmedabad District, which is also known as Alpha Mini Market, having 131 sq. ft. of super built up area of store No. 9/165 has been decided to be sold by Alka Ben Dinesh Kumar Parikh, who is the sole owner and in direct possession and enjoyment of the property, free from any encumbrances of any kind, without any obstruction or hindrance from anyone. We have been requested to provide the Title Clearance Certificate for the said property. If anyone has any interest, right, claim, encumbrances, lien, charge, mortgage, right to possession, agreement for sale, MOU, rights under agreement to sell, lis pendens etc., in the said property, then he/she is required to inform us in writing along with the supporting documents within 7 days from the date of this notice at the address mentioned below. Failure to do so shall be deemed to be a waiver of all such rights and the Title Clearance Certificate shall be issued in favour of the owner of the property.
