Public Notice for Dhanlaxmi Co-operative Housing Society Limited

This is to inform the general public that the property located on the non-agricultural land of plot number 57, part number 1 to 4 of revenue survey number 5422/1, situated in the limits of the village Vejalpur, Taluka Vejalpur, Sub District Ahmedabad-10, District Ahmedabad, belongs to Dhanlaxmi Co-operative Housing Society Limited, known as Dhanlaxmi Complex. Flat number C-6, situated on the second floor of the said complex, having an area of 63.53 sq.m, is the sole property of Mr. Niravbhai Amrishbhai Upadhyay. He is the sole owner and possessor of the property. The property is free from any encumbrances. We have received a request for a title clearance certificate for the property. Therefore, if any person, bank, financial institution, firm or any other entity has any claim, right, interest, relationship, claim or encumbrance over the said property, then they are requested to submit written information along with documentary evidence to us within six days of the publication of this notice at the address given below. If they fail to do so, we will assume that there is no claim, right, interest, share, claim or encumbrance of any kind on the said property. We will then issue a title clearance certificate.
