Notice for Duplicate Share Certificate This is to inform that the original share certificate of Share No. 41, belonging to our client, Sohanalal Nandlalji Kalal, has been misplaced and lost. The said share certificate pertains to the tenement bearing No. 11/B/91 in the Azim Co-operative Housing Society Limited, located on the land bearing F.P. No. 120, T.P.S. No. 1, Block No. 590, in the outskirts of Vejalpur, Taluka Vejalpur. We have requested the Society for a duplicate share certificate. Therefore, we are hereby giving notice to any person, institution, or bank who may have any objection, claim, dispute, encumbrance, charge, loan, right, or interest in the aforementioned share certificate, to inform us in writing within 7 days from the date of this notice.
