Public Notice This is to inform the public that, Registration District Ahmedabad, Sub-District Ahmedabad-10 (Vejalpur), Taluka Vejalpur, Village Moje Vejalpur, Town Planning Scheme No.-83, Final Plot No.-98 (Survey No.-749/22 of 5817 square meters), out of 6981 square meters of land, located on the east side of the 3490 square meters of non-agricultural land, known as "Jaldeep Icon-2", located in Block "C" on the 4th floor. Flat No.-402 of 48.36 square meters carpet area (54.41 square meters built-up area) of the construction. Property and undivided 20.76 square meters of land in the scheme and undivided use rights in the common facilities of the scheme. (1) Jayesh Sonaji Prajapati and (2) Narmadaben Jayeshbhai Prajapati, both residents of Ahmedabad, have full, joint, and individual ownership and possession of the property. It has been decided to sell the said property to our client and our client has demanded a certificate from us that the said property is clear and marketable with regard to the above mentioned owners. If anyone has any claim, right, interest, share, burden, lease or any rights arising from any interest in the said property, then they should inform us in writing with supporting documents within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice at the following address by registered post A.D. letter, and if they fail to do so, it will be assumed that there is no claim, right, interest, share, burden, lease or any rights arising from any interest in the said property, and we will issue a certificate regarding the title of the said property and our client will complete the sale process.
