Public Notice This is to inform the general public that the property described in the annexure below is owned, possessed and enjoyed by Smt. Poonit Shrennik Diwanji (maiden name Poonit Kishorchand Bansal). The property described in the annexure below was sold by Smt. Poonit Shrennik Diwanji (maiden name Poonit Kishorchand Bansal) to Devang Jayantilal Soni, Jagdish Chimanlal Gohel and Chirag Chandubhai Patel on 11/12/2012 through a sale deed, which was registered with the Sub-Registrar, Ahmedabad - 10 (Vejalpur) under serial No. 5102 on the same date. Further, the original sale deed and its registration receipt have been lost and no original sale deed or registration receipt has been mortgaged / pledged to any bank, financial institution or person except the said property being mortgaged / pledged to Punjab National Bank. The general public is hereby informed that anyone having any claim, right, share, interest, lien, encumbrance, right to maintenance, right of beneficiary or any other right whatsoever in the said property, is required to submit written intimation thereof along with all written evidence to the address mentioned below within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice. Failure to do so shall be deemed to be a waiver of any such claim, right, interest, share, lien, encumbrance, right to maintenance, right of beneficiary or any other right whatsoever in the said property and the proceedings for the opinion of the title of the said property shall be completed accordingly and no objection or dispute will be entertained thereafter.
