Public Notice Located within the limits of Vejalpur, taluka of Vejalpur, in the Ahmedabad District, the property identified by survey numbers - 9695/2, 965/P5, and 965/7, under TP Scheme number - 27, consists of final plot numbers - 6/1 and 7/1, and subplot number - 7/126/1-B. This property houses Gayatri (Satellite) Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., commonly known as 'Shaligram-IN'. Positioned in Block B, on the ninth floor, flat number B/92, spanning an area of 169.75 square meters (built-up area), is owned and fully possessed by Ashish Kol, residing in Pune, free from all encumbrances. It is hereby notified that claims for title clearance are being processed. If anyone has any objections, claims, or rights including financial institutions, banks, corporations, individuals or any entities holding any liens, charges, encumbrances, or tenancy rights on the mentioned property, they are required to notify us at the provided address within 7 days from the publication of this notice. Failure to do so will lead to the understanding that there are no such claims, and a title certificate will be issued accordingly.
