This is to inform the general public that Jigna Kamlesh Bhai Modi alias Jignaben Arvind Bhai Patel residing at 107, Ratnaraj Apartment, 6/2, Patel Colony, Jamnagar City, Jamnagar, Gujarat-361008, owns Flat No. 46, 4th Floor, in the Shub Darshan Apartment, built by Tirthdhara Non-Trading Association, located in TP Scheme No. 4, within the limits of Amdavad village. This property is identified by the old survey number 116/2 and the new survey number 1210. The property is situated in the aforementioned apartment, built by the Tirthdhara Non-Trading Association, which is located in TP Scheme No. 4, within the limits of Amdavad village. This property has an area of 82 square yards or 68.5 square meters. Jignaben is a member of the association with 1000 shares of Rs. 100 each. The property is under her direct possession and enjoyment based on the allotment. The property is her own independent property. We have been requested to provide a Title Clear Certificate. We hereby declare that her rights and titles to the said property are clear and marketable. If any other person has any claim, right, share, interest, relationship, claim, lien or encumbrance on this property or on the share certificate, allotment letter, etc., then they are required to inform us in writing within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice, along with proof of their claim.
