O. H.S.L. is located, which is known as "Nirali Apartment" and on the first floor of the same, Flat No. A-7 having an approximate area of 70 sq. yards or 58.52 sq. m of construction, is owned by Dilipbhai Ramniklal Shah and is in his possession and is free from all encumbrances. It is decided to sell the said property to our client Dayal Harpinderkor Amarjit Singh. Therefore, if any Government, Semi-Government, Bank, Financial Institution, any individual-person or any other person has any kind of claim, right, share, interest, relation or any other objection or dispute on the said property, then inform in writing along with the proof to the below address within 7 days from the publication of this notice.
