Scheme No. 3, located within the survey numbers 19/2 and 20/1 of the village of Vejalpur in the taluka of Vejalpur. The land belongs to Mohan Koopa Co. Op. Housing Society Limited, which includes tenement No. A/227, and is being sold to (1) Fal Shunitaben Gemaji Prajapati and (2) Prajapati Gemaji Bhai Nathji. They have requested a title clearance certificate for the property. If any government, semi-government organization, bank, financial institution, individual, or entity has any claim, right, interest, concern, or objection to the property, please notify in writing within 7 days of this notice publication with supporting documents.
