Public Notice Registration District Ahmedabad, Sub - District and Taluka Sanand of survey no. 707 (old consolidated survey no. 453) of Mojevichhiya, plot no. G-17 in the scheme of plotting named 100 Acres in non-agricultural land for residential purposes, having an area of approximately 536 sq.yds or 448.16 sq.mts. The owners of the land, Prajapati Babubhai Ganeshbhai (34% shareholder) and Mehta Akash Bhailalbhai (66% shareholder) have applied for a title clearance certificate, stating that they are the joint owners and possessors of this property, and that it is free of all types of encumbrances. Therefore, if anyone has any claim, right, interest, encumbrance, charge, etc. on this property or any part thereof, they are requested to provide documentary evidence to the address below within 7 (seven) days from the date of this notice. If nothing is received within this time, it will be presumed that no one has any claim, right, interest, encumbrance, charge, etc. on this property, or if they had, they have relinquished it.
