This is to inform all concerned that a scheme named "Panchratna Flora" owned by "Shrihari (Vinzol) Co. Op. Housing Society Ltd. Division-3" is situated on the land of survey no. 46, TP scheme no. 73, final plot no. 21/3, situated in the boundary of Vinzol village, Vatva Taluka, Ahmedabad-11 (Aslali) district. In this scheme, as per the approved plan, the property of block no. D, flat no. G-304, located on the third floor, having an area of 89.79 sq.m. land and an apartment-type construction with a built-up area, and a property having 32.94 sq.m. built-up area on the land, is owned by Mr. Narendra Sethji, as a member of the society. The original share certificate, one of the proofs of ownership of each flat, has been lost. Despite making every effort to locate the original share certificate, it has not been found. This original share certificate was not pledged by them with any person, institution/bank/government-semi-government institution, organization. Therefore, if this original share certificate is in the possession of any bank, institution, society or any interested party, they are requested to inform us in writing with documentary evidence at the address mentioned below within 7 days of the publication of this notice. Failure to do so, our client society will take necessary action to obtain a duplicate share certificate with necessary evidence in writing. After that, no objection, protest or objection of any kind will be entertained. All concerned should take note.

આથી લાગતા વળગતા તમામને જણાવવાનું કે ડિસ્ટ્રીકટ સબ ડિસ્ટ્રીકટ અમદાવાદ-૧૧ (અસલાલી)ના વટવા તાલુકાના મોજે ગામ વિંઝોલની સીમના સર્વે નં.૪૬,ટી.પી.સ્કીમ નં.૭૩ના ફા.પ્લોટ નં.૨૧/૩ની જમીન ઉપર શ્રીહરી(વિઝોલ) કો.ઓ.હા.સી.લી.વિભાગ-૩, પંચરત્ન ફ્લોરા નામની સ્કીમ આવેલ છે. તેમાં મંજુર થયેલ પ્લાન અનુસાર બ્લોક નં-ડી. ફ્લેટ નં.જી-૩૦૪, મ્રીજો માળ વાળી મિલકત કૈ જેનું ક્ષેત્રફળ જમીનમાં ૮૯.૭૯ ચો.મી. બિલ્ટબપ એરિયાના એપાર્ટમેન્ટ ટાઈપના બાંધકામ વાળી મિલકત તથા જમીનમાંવ.વહે. ૩૨.૯૪ચો.મીના બાંધકામ વાળી મિલકતના મુળ માલિક/સભાસદ તરીકે સોસાયટીમાં નંત નરેન્દ્ર શેઠજીનું નામ ચાલે છે. દર ફ્લેટની માલિકી દર્શવિતા પુરાવા પૈકી અસલ શેર સર્ટીફીકેટ ખોવાઈ ગયેલ છે.અસલ શેર સર્ટિફીકેટ શોધવાનાં મહત્તમ પ્રયાસો કરવા છતાં મળેલ નથી. સદર અસલ શેર સર્ટિફીકેટ તેઓએ કોઈ વ્યક્તિ સંસ્થા/બેંક/સરકારી-અર્ધ સરકારી સ્થા, મંડળી પાસે ગીરો મુકેલ નથી [ને સદર ફલેટ બાબતે કોઈ પણ જણાવેલ છે.તેથી મજકુર અસલ શેર સર્ટિફિકેટ કોઇ બેંક, સંસ્થા, સોસાયટી કે કોઇપણ ત્રાહિત ઇસમના કબજામાં હોય તો તે અંગે આ નોટિસ પ્રસિધ્ધ થયેથી દિન-૭ માં અમોને નીચે જણાવેલ સરનામે દસ્તાવેજી પુરાવા સઢિત લેખિતમાં જાણ કરવી સબબ મુદ્ત વિત્યે મારા અસીલ સોસાયટીને લેખિતમાં જરૂરી પુરાવા સાથે અરજી| કરી ડુપ્લીકેટ શેર સર્ટિફીકેટ મેળવવા અંગેની કાર્યવાહી કરશે, ત્યારબાદ! કોઇના કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો વાંધો-વિરોધ કેત્તકરાર ચાલશે નહીં તૈની લાગતા- વળગતા ત્તમામે નૉધ લેવી. તા.૦૨/૦૪/૨૦૨૫ અમદાવાદ અમારા અસીલની સુચના અને ફરમાઇશ અન્વયે મુકેશકુમાર એચ. ચિરોડીયા જયેશકુમાર એચ. ચિરોડીયા એડવોકેટ ઓફીસ એડ્રેસ: ૧૦, શાલીન હાઇટ્સ-પ, આયોજનનગર પાસે, એસ.પી.રીંગ રોડ, વિંઝોલ, અમદાવાદ-૩૮૨૪૦૫ મોબાઈલ: ૮૪૯૦૯૮૯૬૨૬, ૯૦૫૪૧૧૧૧૬૬
