Registration of Gujarat State Sub-District of Ahmedabad -2 (Vadaj) of the Taluk Sabarmati of Village Vadaj, Revenue Survey Number-80, TP Scheme Number- 29 and its final plot number- 78 and 81 on land belonging to Shivsankalp Co. Op. Housing Society Limited located in Tenement Number-31. Property currently belongs to (1) Pankaj Sitaraam Shah (2) Mandakini Shailesh Bhai Shah (3) Kantaben Sitaraam Shah in total independent ownership, possession, and enjoyment, and they are willing to sell to our client. Among the ancestral documents of the said property, (1) Jasoomatiben, wife of Ishwarlal Revandass Patel, has executed a registered sale deed in the name of Kokilaben Maganlal Darji, registered under serial number 13602 dated 08-08-1986. However, the original copy of the said registered sale deed and its registration receipt has been lost and despite many searches, it has not been found. If anyone has any ownership, possession, enjoyment, co- shareholder, inheritance, partnership, etc., in relation to the said property, any kind of loan, mortgage, burden, lease, etc. regarding maintenance as well as any kind of claim regarding the title, then they should inform in writing with proof at the address below within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice. If no objections are received within the time limit, they will be considered to be waived. Based on this assumption, we will issue an NOC certificate regarding the above property to our client and thereafter, no one will be entitled to raise any objection.
