Public Notice This is to inform the general public that, as per the instructions and request of our client Shri Mehulbhai Lakhabhai Bharwad, residing at 407, Nisarg Farm, Bhadraj, Ahmedabad, this public notice is being given. Our client has purchased, through a notarized agreement-cum-banaakhat dated 19/04/2022, agricultural land measuring 337332 square meters in District Ahmedabad, Sub-District and Taluka Viramgam, village Moje Viramgam, survey/block number 332, situated within the boundaries of account number 448. This land was purchased from the owners of the land as per revenue records. The agreement was signed by the owners, (1) Lagrabhai Ramabhai, (2) Hathibhai Bhavanbhai, and (3) Gokalbhai Juthabhai, acting as the chairman and manager of the H.U.F. and they have given their assurance to execute the sale document of the said land as per the agreement. Our client has also paid the consideration amount to the owners of the land as per the agreement. Therefore, our client has a right, share and interest in the said land. Hence, any person, without the knowledge of our client, who makes any writing, agreement, sale document, mortgage, or any other transaction in respect of the said land, our client will be entitled to take legal action against him.
